Velocipede Vodka

Bright, crisp with a hint of vanilla. New Haven is one of the few cities — during the time frame when the velocipede was introduced — which had a tolerance for bicycles. Some newspapers said: if you see a velocipede, knock the person off and destroy it. There were riding rinks so people would know how to ride them before being unleashed upon the streets.

Nine Square Rye
